ἔτους τεσσαρεσκαιδεκάτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς μηνὸς Δύστρου γ Τῦβι γ ἐν Ἡρακλείᾳ τῆς Θεμίστου μερίδος τοῦ Ἀρ σινοΐτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογεῖ Ὧρος Στοτοήτιος ος τοῦ Ὥρου ἱερεὺς ἀπὸ κώμης Σοκνοπαίουκώμης Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου Πέρσης τῆς ἐπιγονῆς ὡς ἐτῶν λϛ οὐλὴ μετώ πῳμετόπῳ ἐκἐγ δεξιῶν Στοτοήτι Τεσενούφεως ὡς ἐτῶν λβ ἀσήμῳ ἔχεινἔχιν παρʼ αὐτοῦ τὸν ὁμολογοῦντα παραχρῆμα διὰ χειρὸς χρῆσιν ἔντοκον ἀργυρίου κεφαλαίου δραχμὰς ὀγδοήκοντα τέσσαρες καὶ πυροῦ ἐν γενειν νέου καθαροῦ ἀδόλου ἀρτάβην μίαν ἥμισυ πέμπτον μέτρῳ δρόμῳ τετραχοινίκῳ ὧν καὶμέτρῳ δρόμῳ τετραχοινίκῳ τὴν ἀπόδωσιν ποιησάσθω ὁ Ὧρος τῷ Στοτοῆτι ἐν μηνὶ ΠαῦνιTranslations (1)
In the fourteenth year of the Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrian Antoninus Augustus Pius, in the month of Dystros, on the third day of Tybi, in Heracleia of the Themistus district of the Arsinoite nome. Horos, son of Stotoetis, a priest from the village of Soknopaiou Nesos, a Persian of the epigone, about sixty years old, with a scar on his forehead from the right side of Stotoeti Tesenouphis, about thirty-two years old, without a distinguishing mark, acknowledges to have received from him, the declarant, immediately through hand as an interest-bearing loan of silver, principal eighty-four drachmas, and of new clean unadulterated wheat, one artaba and one half, a fifth measure, in a four-choinix measuring unit, of which the repayment shall Horos make to Stotoetis in the month of Pauni.
