ἐν ὀνόματι τοῦ κυρίου καὶτοῦ δεσπότου Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ τοῦ θεοῦ καὶ σωτῆρος καὶ τῆς δεσποίνης ἡμῶν τῆς ἁγίας θεοτόκου καὶ πάντων τῶν ἁγίων Θὼθ κ, ζ ἰνδικτίωνος ἐπʼ Ἀρσινόης. I confess that I have leased myself to you as a supervisor of works, fulfilling all the tasks assigned to me by you, among them any works either in the city or in the fields, without neglect, for one year starting from the 20th of the present month Thoth of the present seventh indiction.
