In the tenth indiction at Arsinoe, to Flavius Senouthius Papnouthius, the most illustrious Duke of the most honorable illustrious and owner (?) of the city of Arsinoites, and to Justus, the most magnificent administrator of the estate of Theodosius of glorious memory, Aurelius Minas, son of Georgius from the village Ko of the Arsinoite district, greetings.
