α ετουουἔτους τετάρτου Πελῆβις Μιεῦτος ὁ προκείμενος ι ὡς πρό κειται. ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ Αὐρήλιος ν Νάχτιος τοῦ Ἀμμωνίου ἐρωτηθείς. Αὐρήλιος Βασιλείδης ὁ καὶ Σαραπόδωρος παρανέγνων. Σύρος υἱὸς Σεννήσιος καὶ Πολυδεύκης ἐπικεκλημένος Μέρσις οἱ προκείμενοι τεθείμεθα τὸ προκείμενον γράμμα ὡς πρό κειται. ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν Αὐρήλιος Θεόφιλος ὁ καὶ Φιλοσάραπις ἐρωτηθείς.
