Ἀσκληπιαδ με τὰ κυρίου τοῦ τῆς αὐτῆς ἀδελφοῦ Σαραπίωνος καὶ ὁ τοῦ γενομένου καὶ μετηλλαχότος αὐτῆς μὲν ἀνδρός, τῶν δὲ ἀφηλίκων σημαινομένων πατρὸς Ἀσκληπιάδου ἀδελφὸς Πτολεμαῖος τοῦ Ἀσκληπιάδου τῶν ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως Ἁρ ποχρατίωνος χαίρειν. ὁμολογοῦμεν ἡ μὲν Ταν ις ἀπέχειν παρὰ σοῦ ἐπακολουθοῦντος τοῦ προγεγραμ μένου Πτολεμαίου διὰ τῆς ἐπὶ τοῦ πρὸς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πό λει Σαραπιείου Ἀμμωνίου τοῦ Ἀμμωνίου τραπέζης ε τὰς ἀνηλωμένας ὑπʼ ἐμοῦ διὰ τοῦ προγεγραμμένου Πτολεμαίου εἴς τε κηδείαν καὶ περιστολὴν τοῦ σοῦ ἀνδρὸς Ἀσκληπιάδου σωματίου καὶ διευλύτησιν ὧν ὤφειλεν ὁ Ἀσκληπιάδης εἰς ἔκτισιντισιν διὰ χειρὸς χειρὸς καὶ λύτρωσιν κοσμαρίου χρυσοῦ ὁλκῆς τετάρτων ὀκτὼ , τοῦ καὶ παρά μοι ὄντος, ἐπὶ τὸ αὐτὸ ἀργυρίου δρα χμὰς πεντακοσίας ἑβδομήκοντα δύο λυπας τῶν πεπραμένων ὑπʼ ἐμοῦ ἐπακολουθοῦντος τοῦ Πτο λεμαίου ἀπολελειμμένωνἀπολελιμμένων ὑπὸ τοῦ ἀνδρὸς Ἀσκληπιάδου χρυσίων καὶ σκευῶν καὶ ἑτέρων λυπασμάτων δρα χμὰς δισχιλίας ἑξήκοντα ειχ εσει τῶν Ἀσκληπιαδ
