ἐδόθη διὰ Μέλανος προεστῶτος τοῦ κοινοβίουκοινονίου ἀββᾶ Ἀνδρέου Ἰούστῳ περιχύτῃ τοῦ γεουχικοῦ λουτροῦ τῆς μεγάλης οἰκίας εἰς χρείαν τῶν ἄλλων β θυρῶνθυρωρῶν τῶν ἄλλων θόλων ψιάθια τέσσερα, γίνεται ψιάθια δ μόνα. ἔτους σλβ καὶ σα, Φαρμοῦθι ιζ, ἰνδικτίονος τετάρτης. γίνεται ψιάθια τέσσερα μόνα.
