ἐξ αὐθεντίαςαὐθεντείας ΜεμμίουΜαγνίου Ῥούφου τοῦ διασημοτάτου καθολικοῦ ἐπαρχείας Αἰγύπτου καὶ Λιβύης. τοὺς ἀπὸ τοῦ βη ἔτους καὶ α ἔτους δεκαπρώτους μηκέτι μηδεὶς εἰς δεκαπρωτεί αν ὀνομαζέτω. χρὴ γὰρ αὐτοὺς τετηρῆσθαι τοῦ λοιποῦ ἵνα μὴ πληρώσαν τες αὖθις ἀναδοθήσον ται τοῖς τῆς δεκαπρω τείαςδεκαπρωτείαις λειτουργήμασι. ὅστις δὲ ἐκ δευτέρου ἀνεδέδοτο αὖθις δεκαπρώτείᾳ
