ἅμα τῷ Σερῆνον τὸν χρυσοχοῦν τὸν φίλον ἥκειν πρὸς ἡμᾶς ἀκού σας α τὰ περὶ σὲ ιδια ἡμέρᾳ τῶν γυμνασιάρ χων ἕτοιμος ἤμην ἐλθεῖν πρὸς σὲ καὶ ὑπηρετεῖν σοι. θεῶν δὲ διδόντων καλῶς ἕξεις. λέγει γὰρ Σερῆνος ὁ φίλοςφείλος ὅτι ἀπύρετός ἐστιν. τοῦτο δὲ προσδοκία ἀγαθή. ἀσπάζεταί σε Σαραπίων ὁ υἱός μου καὶ ἡ μήτηρ αὐτοῦ. τὰ παιδία σου ἔρρωται. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι, ἄδελφε.
