Φλαούιος Μουνάτιος Κύρικος ὁ μεγαλοπρεπέστατος κόμες τῶν καθοσιωμένων δομεστικῶν καὶ ἄρχων τῆς Ἀρκαδίας χαίρειν. αρχίας παρὰ τὰς τοῦ εὐσεβεστάτου καὶ γαληνοτάτου ἡμῶν δεσπότου καὶ μεγίστου εὐεργέτου ἐπιστολὰς τὰς γραφείσας τηρίῳ καὶ τῷ σοφωτάτῳ συμπόνῳ τοῖς ἐπὶ τούτῳ τεταγμένοις βουλομένης περὶ τῆς τούτων εἰσπράξεως τε καὶ κατὰ κέλευσιν ἀπὸ καλανδῶν Σεπτεμβρίου ἕως Μαρτίου πληρουμένου τῆς παρούσης τετάρτης ἰνδικτίονος δείξεως γινομένης παρὰ τῶν ταῦτα παραιτούντων πρὸς ἀσφάλειαν
