τοῖς μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν τοῦ τῆς θείας λήξεως Νέου Λέοντος Μεσορὴ κϛ ἰνδικτίονος ιε. Φλαουίῳ Εὐλογίῳ τῷ καθωσιωμένῳκαθοσιωμένῳ παλατίνῳ υἱῷ τοῦ τῆς μακαρίας μνήμης ὩρίωνοςὨριγένους ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως Φλάουιος Παῦλος κούρσωρ τῆς ἡγεμονικῆς τάξεως ἐν τῇδε τῇ πόλει χαίρειν. ἑκουσίως ἐπιδέχομαι μισθώσασθαι ἀπὸ νεομηνίας τοῦ ἑξῆς μηνὸς Θὼθ τοῦ εἰσιόντος ἔτους ρνγ ρκβ τῆς εὐτυχοῦς πεντεκαιδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος ἀπὸ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων τῇ σῇ ἀρετῇ διακειμένων ἐπὶ τῆσδε τῆς πόλεως ἐπʼ ἀμφόδου Παμμένους Παραδίσου πρὸς τῇ πύλῃ μίσθωσις Φλαουίου Παύλου κούρσωρος
