Φιλίσκος καὶ Ἡρώδης βιβλιοφύλακες δημοσίων λόγων Χαιρήμονι καὶ Παποντῶτι σιτολόγοις Μονίμου τόπων καὶ Ἡρακλείδῃ σιτολόγῳ ΣινγκεφᾶΣινγκ τόπων καὶ Διονυσίῳ γενομένῳ Μεμ τόπων χαίρειν. κατεχωρίσθη ἡμῖνἡμεῖν διὰ Ἀπολλωνίου γραμματέως τῇ λ τοῦ Φαμενὼθ τοῦ ιη ἔτους Ἁδριανοῦ Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου ἑκάστης σιτολογίας κατʼ ἄνδρα συνπληρώσεως πυροῦ γενήματος ιζ ἔτους, καὶ Χαιρήμων καὶ Παποντῶς Μονίμου τόπων καὶ Ἡρακλείδης Σινγκ τόπων τὸ μηνιαῖον ἐπὶ κεφαλαίου τοῦ Μεχείρ, καὶ ὁ Χαιρήμων καὶ Παποντῶς μόνοι Μονίμου τόπων καὶ μηνιαῖον Φαμενὼθ καὶ μεταλόγιον κατʼ ἄνδρα εἰσδοχῆςἰσδοχῆς.
