Διονύσιος Φαύστου τοῦ καὶ Ἀμφείονος τῶν ἱερονικῶν καὶ ἐξηγητευκότων τῆς ὈξυρυγχιτῶνὈξυρύγχων πόλεως διὰ Ὡρίωνος γραμματέως σιτολόγοις μέσης τοπαρχίας Κερκευρώσεως τόπων χαίρειν. διαστείλατε ἃς ἔχετέ μου ἐν θέματι πυροῦ γενήματος τοῦ διελθόντος κγ ἔτους Ἀντωνείνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Ἀπίωνι Ἀπίωνος ἀρτάβας εἴκοσι πέντε ἥμισυ χοίνικας ἐννέα, γίνονται ἀρτάβαι κε 𐅵 χοίνικες θ. ἔτους κδ Ἀντωνείνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου Ἀθύρ κα.
