ὁμολογοῦσιν ἀλλήλοις Διόφαντος Ἡρακλείου τοῦ Διοφάντου καὶ Ὡρίων θέσει τοῦ αὐτοῦ Ἡρακλείου ἀμφότεροι ἀπὸ Ὀξυρύγχων πόλεως διῃρῆσθαιδιειρῆσθαι πρὸς ἑαυτοὺς τὰ ἀπολειφθένταἀπολιφθέντα αὐτοῖς ἐξ ἴσου ὑπὸ τοῦ Ἡρακλείου ἔπιπλα καὶ σκεύη καὶ ἐνδομε νίανἐνδομενείαν καὶ πυρὸν καὶ ἕτερα ὄσπρεα καὶ οὓς ἔχου σι ὁμοίως ἐξ ἴσου ὄνους δύο , καὶ ἑκάτερον αὐτῶν παρειληφέναι αὐτόθι εἰς ἴδιον συν πεπμένον ἃ καὶ κεκλήρωταικλήρωται εἰς τὸ κατʼ αὐ τοὺς ἥμισυ μέρος ἀπὸ τῶν δύο ὄνων ὄνον ἕνα . καὶ μὴ ἐνκαλεῖν ἑκάτερον αὐτῶν τῷ ἑτέ ρῳ περὶ τούτων, ὁ δὲ Διόφαντος μηδὲ περὶ τῆς γεναμένης εἰς κοινὰ αὐτοῦ καὶ τοῦ Ἡρακλείου γεώργια προχρήσεως πάσης καὶ ἧς εἶχεν ὁη Ἡράκλειος κοινῆς λοιπογραφίας διὰ τὸ ἀπε σχηκέναι αὐτὸν παρὰ τοῦ Ὡρίωνος τὸ ἐπιβάλ λον αὐτῷ μέρος, ἀμφότεροι δὲ μηδὲ περὶ ἑτέρου τινὸς γραπτοῦ ἢ ἀγράφου πράγματος ου τῶν εἰς αὐτοὺς ἢ τὸν Ἡράκλειον οντων ἐκ τῶν ἐπάνω χρόνων μέχρι τῆς ἐνεστώσης ἡμέρας παρευρέσει μηδεμιᾷ. πρόβατα πάντα καὶ ὁ χόρτος ὁ συν νος ἐν τῇ χορτοθήκῃ καὶ ἡ γεωργία πο τῆς μισθώσεως χρόνου οὗ ἐμισθώσατο ὁη Ἡράκλειος περὶ Σχοῖβινσοιβιν κλήρου ἀκολούθως τῇ μισθώσει ἐστι τοῦ μὲν Διοφάντου ἥμισυ τέταρτον μέρος τοῦ δὲ Ὡρίωνος ντετροσμενοντων
