τίς τινος τοῦ τινος μητρός τινός ποθέν τινί τινος τοῦ τινος μητρός τινός ποθεν χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ ἔχειν παρὰ σοῦ διὰ χειρὸς ἐν παραθέσει ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς ποσὰς γίνονται δραχμαὶ ποσαί· ἃς καὶ ἀποδώσω σοι ὁπηνίκα ἐὰν αἱρῇ ἀν υπερθέτως. εἰ δὲ μή, ἐκτείσω σοι κατὰ τὸν τῶν παραθηκῶν νόμον γεινομένης σοι τῆς πράξεως ἔκ τε ἐμοῦ καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑ παρχόντων μοι πάντων καθάπερ ἐκ δίκης. κυρία ἡ χεὶρ τῆς παραθήκης οὖσά μου τοῦ τινος ἰδιόγραφος δισσὴ γραφεῖσα παν ταχῇ ἐπιφερομένη καὶ παντὶ τῷ ὑπὲρ σοῦ ἐπιφέροντι. ἔτους
