Χαιρέαι στρατηγῶι παρὰ Θέωνος τοῦ Πτο λεμαίου. ἀπογράφομαι εἰς τὸ ἐνεστὸς ιε ἔτος Τιβερίου καίσαρος σεβαστοῦ τὰ ὑπάρχοντά μοι πρό βατα δέκα δύο, αἶγας τρεῖς, γίνεται πρόβατα ιβ αἶγες γ, καὶ τοὺς ἐπακολουθοῦν τας ἄρνας ἐρίφους. ἀναβήσονται περὶ Πέλα τῆς πρὸς λίβα τοπαρχίας καὶ διʼ ὅλου τοῦ νομοῦ διὰ νομέως Πανε χώτου τοῦ Πετεμοῦ νιοςΠετεμοῦνις ἀφήλικοςἀφηλικου ἀναγρα φομένου περὶ Κερκε μοῦνιν τῆς ἄνω τοπαρχίας ἐπιμεμιγμένα τοῖς ΣεντοεῦτοςΣεντοεῦτως καὶ ἄλλων, ὧν καὶ τά ξομαι τὸ καθῆκον τέλος. εὐτύχει.
