Αὐρηλίῳ Τούρβωνι στρατηγῷ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰπὰ Αὐρηλίου Στεφάνου Ἁράχθου τοῦ καὶ Ἀγαθείνου μητρὸς Σινθώνιος ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπρο τάτης Ὀξυρυγχειτῶν πόλεως. βιβλιδίουβιβλειδίου οὗ διε πεμψάμην τῷ μεγέθει τῆς ἡγεμονίας καὶ ἧς ἔτυχον ὑπʼ αὐτοῦ ὑπογραφῆς τὸ ἀντίγρα φον οὕτως ἔχει. Στατιλίῳ Ἀμμιανῷ τῷ διασημοτάτῳ ἐπάρχῳ Αἰγύπτου παρὰπὰ Αὐρηλίου Στεφάνου Ἁράχθου τοῦ καὶ Ἀγαθείνου μητρὸς Σινθώνιος ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχι τῶν πόλεως.
