ΠόπλιοςΠοπλις Ἀπολλωνίῳ τῶι ἀδελφῶι χαίρειν. γίγνωσκεινγεινωσκειν σε θέλω ὅτι παρα γενόμενοςπαραγενάμενος ἐν τῇ Δίωνος ἐ ζήτησα τοὺς περὶ Μακρεῖνον καὶ οὐχ εὗρον αὐτούς. ὕστερον γε νόμενοςγενάμενος ἐν τῇ Χαιρήου εὗρον τὸν Μακρεῖνον νοσοῦντα καὶ ἐτάξατο ὅτι ἐὰν ἀναλάβω ἐμαυ τὸν εὐθέως ἐλεύσομαί σοι εἰς Ἀλεξάνδρειαν μετὰ τῶν ἀν θρώπων τῶν ἀπὸ Πακέρκη. ἔφην δὲ αὐτῷ ὅτι ἐάν μοι παρα δῷςπαραδοις μοι τοὺς ἀνθρώπους φιλαν θρωπηθήσῃ· καλῶς οὖν ποι ήσεις, ἄδελφε, τὰ περὶ τὴν ἐπίκρισιν ἀπάρτισον. μὴ ἐπι λάθῃ τὸ μέρος τοῦ ἐργαστηρίου. καὶ Ἐπίμαχος ἀπογραψάσθωἀπογραψάστω τὸ μέρος τοῦ καμηλῶνος ὃν κατέλειψε αὐτῷ ὁ πατὴρ αὐτοῦ Πλουτίων. ἄσπασαι Ὡρίω να καὶ Τασσευοῦν καὶ Ἀμμώνιον καὶ Ἑλένην καὶ Ἀπολλώνιον καὶ τὰ ἀβάσκαντά σου παιδία. ἀσπάζεταί σε Ἰσίδω ρος καὶ Ὡρίωνα καὶ Ἀμμώνιον καὶ Διογένην. καὶ μέλειμέλι μοι περὶ τῶν ἀνθρώπων καὶ συνέβαλον αὐτοῖς σὺν τῷ πατρί μου Ποπλίῳ. ἄσπασαι τὰ ἀβάσκαντά σου παιδία. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὔχομαι Φαῶφι λ Ἀπολλωνίωι παρὰ Ποπλίου ξυλεμ
