θυγατέραθυγατέραν Αὐρηλίαν Ἀπίαν οὖσαν πρὸς τὸ ἐνεστὸς η ἔτος καὶ ζ ἔτος ἐτῶν ιη. διὸ ἐπιδίδωμι τὸ ὑπόμνημα ἀξιῶν ταγῆναι αὐτὴν ἐν τῇ τῶν ὁμοίων τάξει ὡς καθή κει καὶ ὀμνύω τὸν ἔθιμον Ῥωμαίοις ὅρκον μὴ ἐψεῦσθαι. ἔτους η Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Γαΐου Αὐρηλίου Οὐαλερίου Διοκλητιανοῦ καὶ ζ ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Οὐαλερίου Μαξιμιανοῦ Γερμανικῶν Μεγίστων Εὐσεβῶν Εὐτυχῶν Σεβαστῶν, Παῦνι κζ.
