Κοΐντωι Σανκυινίωι ινίωι Μαξίμωι ἐπιστρατήγῳ παρὰ Εὐδαίμονος Μάρκου Ἀντωνίου Σπένδοντος φορολόγου. ἐν τοῖς εἰσδοθεῖσι εἰς σιτολογίανσειτολογίαν τοῦ Ὀξυρυγχίτου νομοῦ ἀνδράσι κατὰ πλάνην ἐνεγράφη ἀντὶ Βελλέους τοῦ Διονυσίου εὐπόρου καὶ εὐθετοῦντος εἰς τὴν χρεί αν ὁμώνυμος ἕτερος Βελλῆς Πατερμού θιος ἄθετος καὶ πενιχρός. ἀμφοτέ ρων δὲ ὄντων ἀπὸ κώμης Τακόνα τοῦ αὐτοῦ Ὀξυρυγχίτου νομοῦ, ἀλλα γέντος ὡς πρόκειται κατὰ πλάνην τοῦ πατρωνύμου του ειμηνυθ Βελλῆν Διονυσίου ἐπιδίδωμι βηCross-references (3)
