Γεμεινίῳ Οὐαλεριανῷ τῷ κρατίστῳ ἐπιτρόπῳ διὰ Αὐρηλίων Ἡρακλείδου καὶ Χαιρήμονος ἀμφοτέρων βουλευτῶν τῆς λαμπροτάτης πόλεως τῶν Ἀλεξανδρέων τῶν ἀξιολογωτάτων παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Πτολλᾶ φροντιστοῦ Φοβώου. αἰτοῦμαι ἐπισταλῆναι καὶ νῦν εἰς κοπὴν ιγην καὶ συλλογὴν χόρτου τῶν ἰδιοσπόρων ἐδαφῶν ἀπὸ κλήρου εως ἄλλας δραχμὰς ἑπτακοσίας, γίνονται δραχμαὶ ψ, ὧν λόγον δώσω. ἔτους δ Φαρμοῦθι.
