Αὐρήλιος Σπαρτιάτης ὁ καὶ Χαιρή μων γυμνασιαρχήσας βουλευτὴς τῆς Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως διʼ ἐμοῦ Αὐρηλίου Ἀγάθου γραμματέως.
