ξα φδω η ἔτους Φαῶφι δ πρυτανεί ας Καλπουρνίου Γαΐου γενεθλίου οὔσης τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Αὐτοκράτορος Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Σεουήρου Ἀλεξάνδρου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου. ἔστι δέ οὕτως. κολλήματος α.
