ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Κωνσταντίνου Αὐγούστου τὸ η καὶ Κωνσταντίνου τοῦ ἐπιφανεστάτου Καίσαρος τὸ δ, Φαῶφι λ. Φλαουίῳ Ἰουλιανῷ λογιστῇ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ τοῦ κοινοῦ τῶν κεραμέων κεραμικοῦ κεράμου τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως διʼ ἐμοῦ Αὐρηλίου Δημητρίου Μέλανος. προσφωνῶ ἰδίῳ τι μήματι τὴν ἑξῆς ἐν γεγραμμένην τιμὴν ἐπὶ τοῦδε τοῦ μηνὸς ὧν χειρίζωχιρίζω ὠνίων καὶ ὀμνύω τὸν θεῖον ὅρκον μηδὲν διε ψεῦσθαι. ἔστι δέ· πίσσης ξηρᾶς Σιρι τικῆς κεντηναρίου α τάλαντα m? γ Τρωαδησίας κεντηναρίου α Αὐρήλιος Δημήτριος ἐπιδέδω κα προσφωνῶν ὡς πρόκειται.
