ρκζ Οὐαλερίῳ Ἀμμωνιανῷ τῷ καὶ Γεροντίῳ λογιστῇ Ὀξυρυγχίτου παρὰ Αὐρηλίου Ἀρτεμιδώρου Ἀρσινόου ἀπὸ τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχιτῶν πόλεως ζωγράφου τὴν ἐπιστήμην. ἐπιζητούσῃ τῇ σῇ ἐμμελείᾳ τὴν σύνοψιν τῶν δεομένων τόπων ζωγραφίας τοῦ εὐτυχῶς ἐπισκευαζομένου Τραιανῶναδριανων Ἁδριανῶνθερμων θερμῶν δημοσίου τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως βαλανίου, κατὰ ταῦτα δηλῶ χρῄ ζειν εἰς λόγον ζωγραφίας τῶν τε δεομένων τόπων τῶν δύο ψυχροφόρων καὶ ἐμβατικοῦ θόλου ἑνὸς καὶ ἀνδρομηκιαίωνἀρδρομηκιαίων ὅλου ξυστοῦ εἰσόδων καὶ ἐξόδων καὶ παραθολίων τεσσάρων τοῦ ἐξωτέρου ξυστοῦ καὶ τῶν ἄλλων τόπων εἰς μὲν τιμὴν χρωμάτων ἀργυρίου δηναρίων μυριάδεου ζωγραφίας ὅλων ἔργων ἀργυρίου δηναρίων μυριάδαμυριάδαν μίαν · ὅπερ προσφωνῶ. ὑπατείας Καικινίου Σαβίνου καὶ Οὐεττίου Ῥουφίνου τῶν λαμπρωτάτων Αὐρήλιος Ἀρτεμίδωρος ἐπιδέδωκα. Αὐρήλιος ων ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ μὴ εἰδότοςἰδότος.
