Καλπουρνίῳ Ἀρτεμιδώρῳ τῷ καὶ Πτολεμαίῳ ονωνος ὁ στρατηγ μα Καλπούρνιος Ἀρτεμίδωρος ὁ καὶ Πτολεμαῖος στρατηγὸς καὶ Δομίτιος Ἀπολλώνιος βασιλικὸς γραμματεὺς γυμνασιαρχήσαντι τῷ φιλτάτῳ χαίρειν.
