From the minutes of Munatius. The 13th year of the deified Aelius Antoninus, Pharmouthi 22. Glycon son of Dionysius and Apollonius son of Glycon having been introduced, and co., Archelaus, advocate, said: “Glycon has no revenue and resigns his property.” Munatius said: “Let an inquiry be made into his means; only there is a principle according to which I have often judged and which seems to me fair in the case of those who resign their property, namely that if they have done anything to defraud their creditors, the resignation shall not be valid.” From another of the same praefect. The 13th year of the deified Aelius Antoninus, Pharmouthi 22. Sarapion son of Ptolemaeus having been introduced, and co., Apollonius, advocate, said: “Sarapion resigns his property.” Asclepiades said: “He contracted fresh loans . . .” Munatius said: “If he be found to have contracted fresh loans with intent to defraud, it shall be invalid.”
