Description

Calcite cosmetic alabastron with rounded base and elongated body, tapering towards neck, cylindrical neck, flaring towards the everted ledge-rim, front inscribed with a cartouche, containing the prenomen of Nekau 2, with epithets above and below, incomplete, partially reconstructed, exterior discoloured.
