In this letter N��jid b. Muslim writes ìAbd All�� b. Asìad about the governor's (amër) request not to send ìAbd All�� scribe to the capital. He further informs him of something Yazëd b. ìAlë, an official in the capital, told him about. Finally, N��jid tells ìAbd All�� to refer anticipated protesters who had been assigned a task which seems to have involved being sent to the capital, to N��jid's letter.
