N��jid b. Muslim writes ìAbd All��h b. Asìad that he has heard that some inhabitants of the villages under the latter's responsibility have caused him harm in some way and that he will send ìAbd All��h some official presumably to help him deal with the villagers. N��jid further instructs ìAbd All��h to send Yaz_d to allocate tax-quotas on the inhabitants of one village, but not to credit him with these. N��jid ends his letter with the request that ìAbd All��h write him concerning the men of the village.
