Description
Hier liegt eine Quittung über die Weidelandsteuer (al-marāʿī) für das islamische Jahr 249 vor. Die Jahreszahl ist in griechischen Zahlen geschrieben. Einem gewissen Siya b. Falūha wird bestätigt, dass er einen Dīnār an den Schatzmeister (al-qusṭāl) Muḥammad b. Ǧaʿfar gezahlt hat. Auch der damalige Finanzdirektor für das gesamte Ägypten mit dem Namen Abū l-Ḥasan [Aḥmad b. Muḥammad b. al-Mudabbir] findet im Schriftstück Erwähnung. A. Kamal, S.
