Description
Ein gewisser ʿAlī b. Muḥammad verpflichtet sich Ǧaʿfar b. Aḥmad b. ʿAbd al-Muʾmin gegenüber, sechs Leinwände (ʾaḫyāši) aus Qūṣ zu liefern. Ǧaʿfar b. Aḥmad b. ʿAbd al-Muʾmin ist ein in vielen Papyri auftauchender Stoffhändler aus dem Fayyūm. Das Schriftstück ist auf den Monat ǧumādā al-ʾāḫir im islamischen Jahr 264 datiert. Des Weiteren sind drei Zeugen angegeben, die folgende Namen tragen: Muḥammad b. Kāmil al-Ḫawlānī; ʿAllān b. al-Ḥusayn; al-Ḥusayn b. Muḥammad b. ʿAbd Allāh b. as-Sakan. A. Kamal, S.
