Description
Der Privatbrief weist nur im oberen Bereich aufgrund von Löchern Textverlust auf. Ansonsten ist das Dokument vollständig. Der Schwester des Absenders wurde anscheinend etwas weggenommen (فأخذه من أختي). Auch ein gewisser Ibn Abū aṭ-Tayyib kommt im Text vor. Geographisch ist das Schriftstück in den Fayyūm zu lokalisieren, da die dort gelegene Ortschaft Šadamūh Erwähnung findet. Der Brief wird auf der Rückseite weitergeführt. Dort wird er mit der Ḥasbala (حسبنا لله ونعم الوكیل) abgeschlossen. A. Kamal, S.
