Dies ist der Geschäftsbrief des Pechhändlers Pisinte an den Pechhändler Apiwein. Er ist in koptischer Sprache und Schrift verfasst und datiert in das 6. Jh. n. Chr. Er stammt aus dem Fayum und ist entsprechend auch im Dialekt des Fayum geschrieben: "Und du hast mir geschrieben, sende mir Zedernöl und Steine. Ich schicke dir nichts, bis ich den Stand meiner Geschäfte mit dir kenne. Was du von dem Natron gesiegelt hast, überweise ihnen. Mach es, bis ich alles weiß. Ich grüße dich - Friede im Herrn."
