Dies ist ein Pergamentblatt eines koptischen Kodex aus dem 5. Jahrhundert nach Christus. Der Kodex umfasst insgesamt 22 Blätter. Erhalten sind das Evangelium des Johannes (3,11 - 4,30) sowie Psalmen (59, 54).
