Darlehensvertrag in doppelter Ausfertigung (Doppelurkunde). Diogenes, Sohn des Zenobios, gewährt Zotichos, Sohn des Eupolis, ein Darlehen in Form von Weizen. Für die Rückzahlung wird eine Frist festgelegt sowie eine Geldstrafe in Höhe von 10 Drachmen je Artabe Weizen, falls das Darlehen nicht zurückerstattet wird.
