Eine Doppelurkunde mit Innen- und Außenschrift (Kopie von BGU XIV 2399): Nikias bestätigt dem Trochos den Erhalt von 500 Bronzedrachmen für die Hälfte eines dem Nikias und dem Hermippos gehörenden, genauer beschriebenen Hofes und einem anscheinend dazugehörenden Hausteil. Nikias verpflichtet sich, im Agoranomion von Oxyrhynchos die Registrierung des Kaufs vorzunehmen. Die Eintragung der vorgesehenen Zeugennamen fand nicht statt.
