Z. 1–2: Das Quittungsformular für die Quittierung der Gebühr für den Antritt des Priesteramtes (εἴσκρισις ἱερέων) und die unbekannte Abgabe Ἑρμοῦ enthält anstelle von Namen Indefinitpronomina, aber genaue Zahlungsbeträge. Z. 3–6: Der Text enthält Quittungen für mindestens zwei Abgaben und zwei Personen. Unter anderem wird dem Erzpriester Stotoetis, Sohn und Enkel eines Stotoetis, wird die Zahlung von 70 Drachmen für den Pachtzins auf Altäre (φόρος βωμῶν) quittiert.
