Description
Amtliches Schriftstück der Chrematisten an den Archidikastes zur Inbesitznahme eines verfallenen, verpfändeten Grundstücks (ἐμβαδεία) des Schuldners Marcus Domitius Longus an einen Gläubiger. Das Grundstück diente der Absicherung eines Darlehens durch eine Hypothek. Beigefügt ist eine Abschrift eines Gesuchs des Gläubigers (Z. 28–30). Der Beschluss der Chrematisten ist an den Strategen weitergegeben worden (Z. 12–14), dem die dazu aufgeforderten (Z. 10–11) Beamten des Besitzarchivs (βιβλιοφύλακες ἐγκτήσεων) des Gaus die Eintragung der Hypothek bestätigen (Z. 2–10).
