Description

Figürliche Schutzamulette waren zu allen Zeiten ein wichtiger Bestandteil persönlicher Frömmigkeit. Der unbeschriftete Skarabäus (ÄM 28855) war der Länge nach durchbohrt. Möglicherweise wurde er auf eine Halskette aufgezogen oder als Ringzier hergestellt. Nach: Rattmann, A., in: F.
