Description

Das Gefäß zählt zum Typus der Gravidenflaschen. Es besitzt die Form einer schwangeren Frau, die ihren Bauch mit beiden Händen hält oder gar massiert. In der Flasche hat sich wahrscheinlich ein Öl befunden, dass zum Einreiben des Bauches einer schwangeren Frau gedient hat, um so Striae vorzubeugen. Damit würden Form und Funktion dieses Objekts in Einklang stehen. (J. Jancziak)
