Description

Schwere Webgewichte aus Stein, wie das hier gezeigte aus dem Haus des Vorstehers der Rinderherden des Sonnengottes im Tempel des Aton, dienten während des Webvorganges der Straffung der einzelnen Garnfäden, so dass am Ende der Fertigung eine gleichmäßig gewobene Stoffbahn das Resultat bildete.
