Description

Die Dreiecksform des Gesichtes und das schmale Kinn ähneln den bekannten Darstellungen des Königs Echnaton, doch als identifizierendes Merkmal ist dies nicht ausreichend. Die mimische Gestaltung ist bei allen hier gezeigten Königsporträts sehr ähnlich und muss als idealisiert und schematisch bezeichnet werden. Aus: Jung, M., in: F.
