Gipsmodellkopf einer Frau (Plaster model of a woman)
Description
Der Gipsabguss zeigt das Gesicht einer Frau, die ebenfalls am linken Ohr einen Ohrstöpsel trägt. Auch in diesem Fall könnte eine Statue dem Bildhauer als Vorlage gedient haben. Das Gesicht zeigt ähnlich idealisierte Züge wie das Beispiel ÄM 21239. Eine Besonderheit bei diesen beiden Gipsplastiken ist die Tatsache, dass man auf der gesamten Gesichtsoberfläche keine Gussnähte findet. Das heißt, die Herstellung der Modelle erfolgte aus einem Guss in einer Halbschale, was sie, neben der traditionellen Darstellungsweise, von den übrigen Privatbildnissen unterscheidet.
