Description

Der Kopf des Steinbocks schmückte möglicherweise den Bug einer Kultbarke, in der ein Götterbild in Prozessionen auf den Schultern der Priester im Tempel und in den umgebenden Höfen getragen werden konnte. Bei Berücksichtigung der Größe scheint auch eine Verwendung als Schmuck direkt für den Wasserweg benutzten Kultbarke nicht ausgeschlossen.
