Description
Neben hölzernen Varianten dienten auch große und handliche Steine von früh an als Schlag- und Hammerwerkzeuge. Dieser Stein fand sich inmitten eines Wohnhauses in der Siedlung von Amarna in einem Handwerkerkomplex, so dass er als Werkzeug eines Steinmetzes interpretiert wird. (Robert Kuhn)
