You rise beautifully, "Re-Harachte, [who rejoices in the horizon in his name, sunlight that is in the sun disk]" (=Aton), who gives life forever and ever. [O living Aton, there is no other] besides him, who keeps the eyes [healthy] with his rays and who creates everything that exists. You appear on the horizon of the sky, [to] bring to life all [that] you [have created], all people, [the herds of cattle], the birds, and all creeping things that are on the earth. They live when they see you. [They] sleep, [when] you set. May you cause your son, [who lives by Maat, Nefer-cheperu-Re]-wa-en-[Re], while he lives eternally with you, [to do what] your heart [delights in], and see what you accomplish daily. May he rejoice at the sight of your beauty. Grant him life, [well-being, health, joy] and [exultation]. Everything that you encircle is under [his supervision], as it is offered to your Ka. Your son, whom you yourself have begotten, who is knowledgeable like [Aton?] ... the south as the north, west and east, and the [islands] in the midst of the sea are rejoicing for his Ka. His southern boundary extends to the wind, the north to the light of Aton. Their great ones are in pleading prayer, for they are subject to his power. O perfect Ka, who festively adorns the Two Lands and provides for the needs of the whole land. Grant that he may be with you eternally, as he wishes to see you. Give him very many jubilee festivals in years of happiness. Grant (them) to him according to your desire (as numerous) as the quantity of the shore's sand, as the scales of the fish in the river, and as the hairs of the cattle. Grant that he may be here, (as long) until the white bird becomes black and the black bird white, until the mountains rise up to depart, and until the floodwater flows upstream, while I am in the retinue of the perfect god, until he orders a burial that he grants.

Du gehst schön auf, "Re-Harachte, [der im Horizont jubelt in seinem Namen Sonnenlicht, das in der Sonnenscheibe ist]" (=Aton), der Leben für immer und ewig gibt. [O lebender Aton, es gibt keinen Anderen] außer ihm, der die Augen [mit] seinen Strahlen gesund hält und der alles, was existiert, erschafft. Alles, was du umkreist, ist unter [seiner Aufsicht], indem es deinem Ka dargebracht wird. Dein Sohn, den du selbst gezeugt hast, der wissend ist wie [Aton?] ... Süden wie Norden, West und Ost und die [Inseln] inmitten des Meeres sind im Jubel für seinen Ka. Seine südliche Grenze reicht bis zum Wind, der Norden bis zum Licht des Aton. Ihre Großen sind in flehender Bitte, weil sie seiner Macht unterlegen sind. O vollkommener Ka, der die Beiden Länder festlich schmückt und für den Bedarf des ganzen Landes sorgt. Gewähre, dass er ewiglich bei dir ist, so wie er wünscht, dich zu sehen. Gib ihm sehr viele Jubiläumsfeste in Jahren des Glückes. Gewähre (sie) ihm nach deinem Wunsch (so zahlreich) wie die Menge des Ufersands, wie die Schuppen der Fische im Fluss und wie die Haare der Rinder. Gewähre, dass er hier ist, (solange) bis der weiße Vogel schwarz und der schwarze Vogel weiß wird, bis die Berge aufstehen, um fortzugehen, und bis das Überschwemmungswasser stromauf fließt, während ich im Gefolge des vollkommenen Gottes bin, bis er ein Begräbnis anordnet, das er gewährt.
