As Re lives, so the turtle dies. The Maat has been harvested for Osiris NN, justified, who excludes the one who is in his body. One that belongs to the south wind - that is Re. As Re lives, so the turtle dies, strangled(?) by the noose(?) of Qebehsenuf (?). He who belongs to them is Osiris (?). Another that belongs to the north wind - that is Osiris. As Re lives, so the turtle dies. The corpse is united with the earth. The limbs of Osiris are united. Another than the west wind - that is Isis. As Re lives, so the turtle dies. Hail to the Great One who is in the coffin! Hail to Osiris 〈NN〉, justified! Another that belongs to the east wind - that is Nephthys. Every mummified one, to whom the images are affixed on his inner coffin, for him the 4 openings in the sky will be opened: one to the north wind - that is Osiris -, another to the south wind - that is Iah* -, another to the west wind - that is Isis -, another to the east wind - that is Nephthys. Each of these winds, who is in his opening, it is his duty to enter into his (the deceased's) nose. An outsider ("who is outside") shall not know (it). It is his (the deceased's) secret. Jeder Mumifizierte, dem die Bilder auf seinem Innensarg angebracht werden, für den werden die 4 Öffnungen im Himmel geöffnet werden: die eine dem Nordwind - das ist Osiris -, eine andere dem Südwind - das ist Iah* -, eine andere dem Westwind - das ist Isis -, eine andere dem Ostwind - das ist Nephthys. Jeder einzelne dieser Winde, der in seiner Öffnung ist, es ist seine Pflicht, daß er in seine (des Verstorbenen) Nase eintritt Ein Außenstehender ("der draußen ist") soll (es) nicht kennen. Es ist sein (Verstorbener) Geheimnis. Der Pöbel soll (es) nicht kennen. Du sollst es nicht über irgendeinem Menschen 〈ausführen o.ä.〉, sei es auch ("als") dein Vater oder dein Sohn, außer dir selbst! Es ist ein wirkliches - zweimal - Geheimnis. (Es) soll 〈nicht〉 jeder Dahergelaufene ("jeder einzelne aus der Masse") kennen.
