The fan-bearer on the right side of the king and overseer of the city (Thebes), the vizier To. The scribe Nefer-hotep greets his lord: In life, health, and prosperity. This is a message to inform my lord. Another communication to my lord, that I speak daily to Amun-Re, the king of the gods, to Mut, Chons, to Pre-harachte, to Amun of Men-set, to Nefertari of Men-set, who lives, to Amun of the thrones of the two lands, to Amun of the beautiful encounters, to Ptah of Ramses-mery-Imen, l.h.g., to Ptah (of) the perfect place - the south of the settlement, to Hathor, the lady of the west, his north, to Amenophis, l.h.g., who has settled in the necropolis (the following): revive the Pharaoh, l.h.g. my good lord and let him experience millions of years of Heb-sed festivals, as he is the great ruler throughout all Egypt, forever, forever and as he is daily in his favor. Another communication to my lord, that I work in the necropolis administration of the royal children according to what my lord has ordered (to do) with them, and I truly work excellently, truly remarkably in perfect and excellent execution. May my lord provide us with portions for survival, for truly - we are already dying. We cannot live any longer if we are not given this - in the form of all (necessary) things.

Der Wedelträger zur rechten Seite des Königs und Vorsteher der Stadt (Theben), der Wesir To. Der Schreiber Nefer-hotep grüßt seinen Herr: In Leben-Heil-und-Gesundheit. Eine Sendung ist dies, um meinen Herrn zu informieren. Eine weitere Mitteilung an meinen Herrn, daß ich täglich spreche zu Amun-Re, dem König der Götter, zu Mut, Chons, zu Pre-harachte, zu Amun von Men-set, zu Nefertari von Men-set, die lebt, zu Amun der Throne der beiden Länder, zu Amun des schönen Begegnens, zu Ptah von Ramses-mery-Imen, l.h.g., zu Ptah (der) des vollkommenen Platzes - dem Süden der Siedlung, zu Hathor, der Herrin des Westens, seinem Norden, zu Amenophis, l.h.g., der sich niedergelassen hat in der Nekropole (folgendes): belebt den Pharao, l.h.g. meinen guten Herrn und laßt ihn Millionen Jahre an Heb-sed-festen erleben, indem er der große Herrscher im ganzen Ägypten ist, ewiglich, ewiglich und indem er täglich in seiner Gunst ist. Genommen hat man uns ebenfalls das Char-Maß von 1 und 1/2 Oipe Getreide, um es uns wiederzugeben als Char Maß von 1 und 1/2 Oipe als Staub. Möge mein Herr für uns Portionen zum Überleben beschaffen, denn wahrlich - wir sterben bereits. Wir können nicht länger leben, wenn man uns nicht das gibt - in Form von allen (nötigen) Sachen.
