Words speak, continuously: O $Jw$, ferryman of the field of offerings, bring this to Pepi! Pepi is one who has gone forth, Pepi is one who has (returned), the son of the morning bark, whom they have given birth to at the dawn of the earth, through whom the Two Lands live, on that right side of Osiris. Pepi is the messenger/proclaimer of the year, (o) Osiris. Behold, he has come at the command of your father Geb: "(May it be) in peace, the matter of the year." This Pepi has descended together with the two nines into the water region (of the sky) (?). Pepi is the potter (M, N: measuring cord) of the two nines, who has established the field of offerings. This Pepi has encountered the gods standing, wrapped in their garments, with their white sandals on their feet. Then they threw their sandals to the ground; then they laid aside their garments. "We cannot be joyful until you have descended," they said. "(As) you have said, (so) you have decreed." (?) Path(?) / $sḫm$-heavenly waters(?) 'Joyful' is the name of this path(?) / $sḫm$-heavenly waters(?) north of the field of offerings. Arise, Osiris, and assign this Pepi to those who are above the path(?) / $sḫm$-heavenly waters(?) Dieser Pepi hat die Götter stehend angetroffen, gehüllt in ihre Gewänder, mit ihren weißen Sandalen an ihren Füßen. Da warfen sie ihre Sandalen zu Boden; da legten sie ihre Gewänder ab. "Wir können nicht froh sein, bis du herabgestiegen bist," sagten sie. "(Wie) ihr gesagt habt, (so) habt ihr festgesetzt." (?) Aufweg(?)/$sḫm$-Himmelsgewässer(?)
