Description

[Egypt, Late period (715–332 BCE), Dynasties 25–26] Virtually a duplicate of 1951.280. In both reliefs Mentuemhat wears the robes of his office as a high priest of Amen. Here the inscription has been outlined in red by a master draughtsman, but the relief sculptor has not started his work.
